if the algorithm is drawing to that high up there, it'll do it pretty quickly between 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM or (AM Session). PM session can drop, rally or consolidate, it can also take out the manipulation low/ AM session low if that is the draw.

Nota
There needs to be expansion above Thursdays PM High for this to be confirmed. If price just drops from the high, I'll view it as Manipulation, there will be a drop to take out those lows in AM Session
