NOBL to a new exchange

NobleCoin (NOBL) is being de-listed from Poloniex on May 2nd, and at the same Cryptopia started supporting it very recently.
The price is currently low and may go even lower. This indicates a buy position and then hold until it starts to boost in the new exchange.
