Neo has been volatile since the announcement of the announcement and it left many disappointed. It formed a symmetrical triangle as drawn on the chart. In the Short-term, it is bouncing nicely off the the bottom triangle and expect a minimun bounce to the 39-41 area. Typically such a formation will result in a break to the downside, however, we can never know for sure. On the chart are targets for the upside scenario and the by back in case it drops.
