Recent News - Mobile Global Esports (MGAM) said Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 1.5 million common shares at $4 per share to raise $6 million in total gross proceeds.
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase 15% shares, or 225,000 shares, to cover over-allotments.
The stock is expected to debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 29 under the ticker "MGAM".
The company expects the offering to close on Aug. 2, subject to closing conditions.
IPO stocks are always a risky one to play but I will most definitely will have my eyes on this one. May take an entry on it at $13 if the movement looks good but where I am most interested in seeing this stock move is to break $15 on Monday. (Not financial Advice)

Amazing move on MGAM today. Although I traded this one with a conservative approach of a 10% ROI, it had good moves to have captured more for those who took it

I think we will still have more with this during Tuesday trading hours. Keep watch for moves for new high if the right volume and technical setup lines up
