it seems moved as a triangular pattern, need to break 30 zone for a big RUN, can see fib 50 percentage reaction for the last impulse.

We can see it reacted to the drawn trend line resistance level, there is a chance to reverse at this point (look RSI), if no volumes comes up it will come further down to 21-22 levels.
