it is difficult to regard it as re-rising market.
Ultimately, the dollar inflow of foreign investors
is expected to drive the market to rise again.

지금의 높은 환율로는 다시 재상승의 시장으로 판단을 내리기 어렵다.
결국 외국인 투자자들의 달러유입이 되면서 시장은 재상승의 가속도를 낼 것으로 보인다.
