(i) higher share price above the day of the volume spike (24-Apr) along with swing up of indicators such as DMI/RSI.

Stop loss for the trade would be:
(i) below the potential support level from 10th April (i.e.: below $8.53), after activation, or
(ii) below the swing low of 26th April (i.e.: below $8.34), depending on risk tolerance.
