A Possible Breakout? HMRFF

Have been following HMRFF for a while now on a deep dive review by Justin from Stocks Today on Youtube. It's been a counter-trade as I wait patiently for this to play out while stocks like PLTR, TSLA, and others continue to ascend. Definitely not a recommendation, just an observation for those who are curious.
