10.29.20 I wanted to finish up on Wells Fargo which was a good learning experience, but not a very good market to trade. One reason why it's good to look at an equity like this is because it emphasizes the importance of contracted markets that generally have marginal opportunity and require a lot of work... And it's all about the pattern and the volatility, you don't even need to put a name to it. Gold, however, represents a much better opportunity. I spent some time on gold and the dollar today and will clarify certain things that should become more clear in the next week or so for gold.
