Was This A Giant Pullback Or Bullish Momentum?

Will the lower low stay intact or will the USD take over and make this pair keep dropping? If the USD takes over, it'll have to break the trendline to confirm the bearish momentum is still intact. So if we return to the trendline, this is what I'll be looking for: a continued drop to the monthly 1.18937 zone.
