Times are weird, and it is possible that we will be seeing some sector rotation here, as the tech sector cools off from it's incredible run. $FRC here tightening up for a potential breakout here, the question is will it be up or down? Financials has been a sector that has taken a beating over the last bullish period, if banks break back out and financials heat up, this play might be the harbinger of good times ahead for the banks.
