Well, it seems that the EUR/USD currency is overbought right now. It is possible to understand that it is overbought because we can see overbought levels on the 4H chart. The higher the time frame, the bigger is the impact. Also, if you take a look at the history, you would be able to see that overbought conditions on the 4H chart bring the price of EUR/USD really down.
