HAS THE EURUSD "FINALLY GONE BULLISH"

I have my doubts and confirmation about that we are fast approaching the end of the year and I presume there ought to be market shift but I'm looking at it that the Bears are not out of the market yet. So I watching the price level for my long position to take something off the table.
