ETHUSD could drop to 190 again before coming back to where it is

I think ETHUSD will drop to around 190 dollars before rebounding back to around its current price. It’s in a consolidation phase right now and the support/resistance is at 190. All the technical indicators on the chart will be down, thats when I would finish shorting and buy again for a long. Once the price goes back up to 208 I would sell and make a profit.
