why are we stuck between a rock in a hard place for so long?

will we break bullish? honestly here is my take because bitcoin is under heavy heavy resistance range 6700-7k range because the two are coorelated Ethereum doesn't want to seem to break out of massive resistance by itself so it is waiting for bitcoin to break out first because once eth breaks the massive resistance at 232 we should see an insane massive rally to atleast 250+ in literally a matter of hours and because bitcoin isn't ready to break up with it its making either hesitate much longer then expected
