Just think about this, We're probably in a longer term bear market, just look at everything in the charts.
And just think about this. When people are selling their stocks,crypto, metals and assets, their are putting it into the dollar.
That makes the dollar(DXY) extremely bullish (IMO)
Maybe this target will be the end of the bear. (we have to see it later on, that will take while of course)
