Doge breaking out of large descending wedge finally on Coinbase news...
But is this DOGE ready to run again , or will it run out of gas, exhausted from its previous marathon ?
Technical price target of the descending wedge break out should be the top of the wedge , around .70 .... but the volume on the break out is low !
Can DOGE run again and make it back to .70 cents or will it whimper out in the sprint?
