Scenario 1:
It is consolidating with declining volume. Possibly 1.5 more weeks of consolidating before the selling climax, breakout, and backtest.
Scenario #2:
It broke out on Jan 20th and is now backtesting.
Either way, a good spot to buy will possibly be at the 20 EMA.
