AC on 30min chart going to green

this mean dax little must move up ,then back down (or range) until AC 4hour turn red ok? when AC 4hour turn green must start new up move to 15800-16000 (fibo extention show dax target 16150)

ADVICE= looking buy in deep and hold until 15800
