✴️ Chromia | Emotional Excess = Reversal Signal

Focus on the falling wedge pattern on the right.

Notice the lower trendline produces three strong reactions, making this a valid trendline.

Now notice how recently prices broke below this trendline.
This breakdown we call the "emotional excess", or simply "excess" for short.

The same pattern happened in late 2022 and this preceded a bullish wave.

This type of excess can be used as a strong bullish reversal signal and the chart setup as a whole is really strong, trading wise; because it has low risk with a high potential for reward.

Chromia has been green the last three days... Can easily go up.

What one does, the rest follows but, if you are looking at these pairs/charts for trading, we have to consider separately each one. Because in the long-term they can all move together but while one can move today another one can move in two months.
