CELO recovering rapidally?

CELO has formed Cup and Handle pattern, in which the edge of the handle lies above the support level, which in turn gives a good sign of a PATTERN CONFIRMATION, in the past few days we saw it in a downtrend but even with that it waws strong, so, is it time for LONG CALLs?
