As we can see price has formed the same fractal again, all is needed to complete the fractal is a lower high which would bearishly retest the rising wedge and th4en dump. No guarantees price goes all the way down to where the rising wedge formed.

Adjusted the idea and it seems a rising wedge has formed as projected.
