Bitcoin can bounce of resistance level and decline more

As we expected in our previous ideas bitcoin fell down and hit 2nd target.
Now bitcoin trades in accumulation and I think 3rd target is still valid.
I think bitcoin can a little more rise to resistance level 20800
And if price will not fix above btc can make pullback and decline to next support level.
Third target is support level 18900 $
So, I think bitcoin for now will continue decline.
