fake breakout and upward or one more step down?!

the price is in an accumulation zone between 19600-20600 and could have a breakout from the 20600$ resistance.
we think we could see a fake brake out and a return to the accumulation zone and then goes up.
but if we see a pullback to 19600 after brake out the price will see one step lower.
