BTC has broken out, it was choppy for a while here but it has finally done it.
We highlighted a bearish cypher in the last update and said that it was key to stay above 42k, that above 42k we remained bullish. Well we did stay above and the demand at that level ushered in this rally. We are extremely bullish as of right now.
Everyone expects the 48k level to lead to a massive retracement, but what if it doesn't?
Why does it have to?
The sellers tried again and again for the last 28 days to bring BTC back down but all they did was reset the oscillators and test 42k as support. Fun fact, in the history of BTC, every-time we have tested 42k as support we have gone straight up to 50-52k, with the amount of people selling at 48 I think we can go there pretty quickly.
Nonetheless, we are positioned and will look to add should we get a checkback, but we might not. Now it is key to stay above 44k and we'll be at 48 soon.

We absolutely did not hold 44k. Unfortunately, as bullish as we were before, fake breakouts have consequences, usually severe ones. Let's wait and see whether we hold 42 k again and act from there. Overall, of course we are bullish long term.
