in theory, it only has to break the blue line, but it did that just a couple of days ago, yet that didn't do it, so it will need a bit more, but that blue line is the trend it has been on pretty much since the bottom, so ... it's crucial

we're still waiting for a full confirmation, but if you're waiting for that ... you're already too late ;-)
