[pre-BTC ETF] BTC bullrun comparison to the last bullrun

FED is about to announce the BTC spot ETFs.

Markets are expecting dip in BTC and then slow price accumulation as the market conditions are worse than in the last bull run: the interest rates are still high. Expect price to go higher when the cheap money returns, no proof of that yet.
