BANKNIFTY Index has resistance near 56900 – 57000 range and if index crosses and sustains above this level then may reach near 57400– 57500 range.
Banknifty has immediate support near 56000 - 55900 range and if this support is broken then index may tank near 55500 - 55400 range.

Gap up opening with low near 56490 and made high near 56925 and closed near 56800.
