Small cap value rising after demand touch (avuv)

AVUV is my preferred small cap value index and the index has been on a steady climb but still within the multi year range of 65-85$. The index has a nice weekly rebound on the large demand zone and is looking to potentially be gaining traction. Small cap value should be oversold at this point, investors are starting to look at profitable companies again and seem fatigued from all the tech implosions as of late.
