AUDUSD - Short trade still in play
AUD in under pressure as Westpac yesterday increased variable rates on mortgages. This will help RBA, and commercial banks are assisting RBA to do the hard work. Australian 2y - 10y yield spread has increased, i.e. - the shorter term yields are easing out and the likelihood of RBA to increase rate anytime soon is diminishing.
Yields differential between the U.S and Australia will keep Aussie under pressure. I'm moving my SL to my break-even point and just run with profits
