ASML - Bearish trend invalidated, upside reversal confirmed
WE previously has a sell call on ASML ASML but uptrend reversal is in and invalidated our previous sell call. Price action shows strong reversal after breaking out of the overhead resistance and confirming the inverted head and shoulder formation. Long-term MACD shows strong bullish recovery after histogram turns positive. Stochastic Oscillator has confirmed the oversold crossover and is rising. 23-period ROC is positive.
Given the parabolic move, we could buy at spot at 867 or upon correction at 750.
