Fib extension from 1 to 2 tells it is possible for wave 3 to hit 1:1. around 13800(slightly higher than the 1:1) for first target and then next target would be 1.618 for wave around 16600.
The last 4 hour candle also closed with an inverted hammer wich is a bullish sign.
