Advtech Holdings ADH | From being bearish on the name since my first note in August 2017 and at a PE of 22, the share is starting to show signs of stabilization and relatively positive price action. From April 2019 to present, the 1000c level has been support. A review of the weekly chart's Relative Strength Index sees a bullish divergence while the monthly chart shows the same. The daily chart's RSI is at the 50 level with an upside bias.
