Hedges_Helper

This indicator will help you in hedging trading strategies. It shows when to start hedging a pair of instruments, when to buy part of the hedge and when to complete the hedge series and take profit. When green or red arrows complete a growth or fall cycle, the price is most likely to move in the opposite direction. If you set an alert, you will receive a signal when this happens.

Example:

1. You load the indicator on the chart of a pair of instruments, for example BTCUSDT / ETHUSDT.
2. When you see the end of the growth cycle (the red arrows end), you sell BTCUSDT and at the same moment buy ETHUSDT for the same amount of money, for example, $ 100. You can set an alert and a signal will come to you when this happens.
3. If the growth cycle continues, you will see the red arrows appear again. Now you need to wait for the end of the second growth cycle and again you sell BTCUSDT and at the same moment buy ETHUSDT for the same amount of money, $ 100. And so on, on all growth cycles. There can be many of them, so calculate your capital so that you have enough funds for at least 10 cycles.
4. Now we wait for the green arrows to completely close our position. If you have an alert connected, the signal will come to you when this happens.
5. When you received an alert or when the green arrows have ended, you buy all BTCUSDT and sell all ETHUSDT.
6. You get the profit.

To get a higher probability of a profitable deal, enter the deal in the direction of the trend. For this, thick red and green lines are drawn in the indicator. These are 1000 and 2000 moving averages. They show the trend and you should enter the deal:
1. When the red line is above the green and the green arrows end.

2. When the red line is below the green and the red arrows end.

Use the most correlated pairs of instruments for trading.

This indicator can be used for regular trading of one instrument, but in case of strong movement you will get a loss.
