This Pine Script™ indicator detects potential market corrections based on Fibonacci levels, candlestick patterns (bullish and bearish engulfing), RSI, and Supertrend. The indicator generates a signal when the price approaches Fibonacci levels (0 or 1), and additional conditions like extreme RSI values (below 30 or above 70), Supertrend direction changes, and candlestick pattern confirmations (bullish or bearish engulfing) are met.
An arrow is plotted on the chart when a correction signal occurs, and users can set alerts for these signals through TradingView’s alert system.
