OBV stays high while price drops, this is sign of accumulation. Buy wall still strong and rise will soon be delivered.

RIpple accumulating strong above 23.8 ATH retracement, Good time to step in. I'm using a day chart on this one, therefore i think a small pump will follow while bitcoin drops. Bigger pump will come after couple weeks!
