Silver breakout point

The $21.97 + $22.00 price range is potentially an important breakout area. If we have a weekly close above this area, I believe the low will be confirmed and we will begin to head higher. Dollar is peaking at present and heading lower. Fed is not able to hike rates high enough due to the enormous debt laden economy. Also the stock market is still hugely expensive historically, the bond market is in a bubble and real estate is over extended by far. Therefore I believe the only viable option for the investor is the precious metal space. My preference is silver as it is already heavily undervalued.
