They will establish 150 'Distributor Showrooms' at the district level to strengthen relationships with Taluka-level Dealers. The company plans to promote high-performing taluka dealers to District Distributors through new distribution models, adding to its 750+ touch-points nationwide. Due to the high demand of the vehicles, the company has decided to pre-schedule the advancement of the distribution model. EV Ancillary Cluster

The co., jointly with its Promoters & Promoters’ Group, has acquired 4 Mn sq. ft. of land to develop India’s first-ever EV ancillary cluster near the newly inaugurated global headquarters in Vadodara, Gujarat. About 20 major EV parts/ components will be manufactured in the Wardwizard EV ancillary cluster.

Battery Assembling

The company has started its battery assembly line with a capacity of 1 gigahertz per year, and it has signed an MoU with Singapore-based Sunkonnect for R&D and identification of potential partners as well as to develop the roadmap to set up the 1 gigahertz self-production plant at Wardwizard electric vehicle ancillary cluster in Vadodara.

Marketing Campaigns

Joy EBike partnered with The Kapil Sharma Show and Aajtak for the show to have mass brand awareness. In FY23, company spent 7-8% of its sales on marketing expenditure

Capital Expenditure

Capex for FY23 was Rs.23.25 Crores. Its FY24 capex will be Rs.100-125 Crores, with investment of Rs.80 Crores to Rs.85 Crores on the battery plant.
