Vertcoin consolidated too long. just a bit longer still?

I keep seeing people trying to great out of this consolidation period a bit too quickly. this is my best guess.
Nota
it broke-out all right. just the wrong direction. bitcoin going down to 6k didn't help, i'm sure.
