WTI got support at 0.20 fib level and after confirmation its about to rise and will initially test first resistance level of 68.5.
If it breaks bulls will be aggressive will move to target of 69.5, 72.5 and 73.3
Downside risk: if it breaks 67.5 it will retest 65
