USOIL:It is recommended to go long at 69-69.2
Crude oil is basically a big shock. There is no pattern to such shock. We can only know its shock range. If it falls back today, we can consider the long opportunity at 69-69.2. If it rebounds directly, we can consider the short position at 71.4. There are opportunities for long and short positions in shock.
So I suggest entering the market at 69-69.2, with a target of 70.5-71.3
