USOIL - Oil Is Bottoming

In terms of ratio this area has been all about whether the 0.786 overshoot ratio could hold.
And although it was briefly breached it has held very well between 0.618 and 0.786 band.
Since the start of the year it has been printing a contraction pattern and it is just starting to look like it may break up here.
It may also slump back to extend correction and that is fine so long as the 0.786 isn't significantly breached.
If this area holds then it could well be a market bottom and I'll be looking for much higher highs before.
I am long in this area.
