Head And Shoulder Seems like forming

Hi all, this is my humble analysis as a new trader (on demo account), here's my analysis based on what I've learned so far. Feel free to drop in your opinion.
As we can see there is breakout on descending wedge trend and there's a small head and shoulder forming. Now lets cross finger for another new breakout on this pattern.
