A Looming Collapse

They say that history does not repeat but it rhymes, we don't discard the embedded wisdom, but we expand it's value....it's unmistakable.

Markets are gyrating volatility as bulls and bears get whipsawed into covering.
Highest probability is for further declines this week to finish off the first wave 1 down with a wave 5 down, then a bottom to be followed with the Santa relief rally.

Of course we are aware that nothing is set and anything can happen, including a severe plunge below our red support line and a shock to the conditioned masses. The recent government overreach and the roll-out of draconian powers are exactly this control mechanism for the true horrors that are fast approaching...the patterns don't lie...whatever is coming, is monstrous.

At this point, the stock markets look to have completed multi decade, major tops and few will believe it until much lower prices later. We are in the very early stages of dramatic chaos coming for 2022.
A probable wave 2 up into Christmas to give the bulls one last opportunity to exit before a full-blown collapse.

Violent swings can shatter an over leveraged trader, now we sell the rallies and hold.
