US100 | NASDAQ | LONG SETUP
ANALYSIS:
On a Primary Bearish Trend, Nasdaq has just formed the new Lower Low.
Price is now bouncing back from the “Strong Support Zone”. This level was defined in June 2020.
The recently swing’s Trendline, where it formed the Lower Low, is also broken. This tradeline was acting as resistance is now acting as support, in the secondary bullish trend it’s making.
In this “Primary Bearish Trend” the price action had form 3 bullish divergences, Oct’21, Mar’22, Jun’22. And just formed a new Bullish Divergence.
The fourth bearish divergence is completed, recent swing from secondary bearish trend is broken and acted as support. The price action is all set to make the new Higher High.
ACTION PLAN:
Price may make give a very short retracement on hourly timeframe, to reach the point 11450. That would be the good point to enter the trade LONG and enjoy the ride till TP1 and TP2.
