Looking at the weekly altcoin marketcap, the next leg up is looking imminent. The weekly marketcap has held 21 EMA very nicely so far. Considering many altcoins have rock bottomed for over 1 year (on average 14-to-16 months), I am expecting some nice moves on lowcap altcoins and one of my favourites Genesis Vision (
