TIA gets rid of resistance from the downtrend, that means a lot for TIA to stop consecutive drawdown in further. In parallel, TIA performs resonance, made of two 0.382 Fibonacci projection, first is the bigger wave from $2.2 to $21.1, second is the smaller wave which brought TIA out of the downtrend, these two provide overlapped target around $13.8~$14.5, higher one is $17.5 if TIA gains more upside momentum in future.
