Jagran correspondent. In Tata Steel, the bonus agreement will be done under the old formula for the financial year 2020-21. The Tata Workers Union leadership will not discuss the new formula for the time being and will continue with the old formula. Tata Steel walked out of the National Joint Committee for Steels (NJCS) after 2008-09. After this, the employees get bonus according to the formula instead of percentage.

At present, the formula for bonus in Tata Steel is made for three years. Whose three-year term has been completed in the year 2020 itself. In such a situation, a new formula had to be made for the bonus. But if sources are to be believed, the union leadership wants to do bonus on the old formula itself. The union leadership has already sent a letter to the company management demanding to start the talks for starting bonus talks in Tata Steel.
