SPY BEAR MARKET STARTEGY SHORT TERM

I just created a red dotted line from last week's low. Probably that will serve as a new resistance line. But I would like to see touching the black solid line for a retest and then go back to lows which will confirm that US Market is in a BEAR MARKET.
