It seems like there should be another leg down at some point. I am thinking that early May should have some interesting things happening which could be the trigger.
The NYC rent strike will be interesting to see how many people are participating in this event. If it is just another astroturfing like these reopen movements, then maybe this doesn't move anything. There should be many more folks setting up to default on their loans and such though, which will add some pressure.
